Hiss + Howl Halloween mystery boxes are here for a short time! Get into the spooky spirit with fun surprises your kitty will love! These boxes will only be available for a few days (or when they sell out) so they can ship before 10/15. All cat collars are 3/8" wide and 8-13". If ordered with another item everything will ship together. The photo is from last year's mystery box and all items will be different this year. Your box is customized based on your answers below. Please follow these steps when purchasing:

Frequently Asked Questions
Can collars be made in 1” width instead of 1.5”? / Can I order a 1” wide collar in the martingale style? / Can I get a custom width?
It depends but if the collar you are interested in is available with a printed name you are good to go. If the design spans the full 1.5” width (excluding collars with names) it likely can not be made in 1”. / I only offer martingales in the 1.5” or 2" width. / The widths I offer are 3/8”, 1”, 1.5" and 2”.
Can I order a matching leash?
I do not make leashes at this time.
Can I add a name/number to a style without customization available?
Definitely; however to preserve the design all names and numbers will need to be added via the patch that can be found in the “Upgrades” section.
Can I order a color that is not on your site?
Definitely. It helps me a lot if you are descriptive with the shade (ex. ‘Bubblegum pink’ as opposed to ‘pink’). I have most colors on hand so you are welcome to place your order with a note but I do ask that you also follow up with a message so I can confirm right away that your color is available. For custom colors I may need to use my discretion on which color ink to print in.
Can collars be made smaller in length than what is available?
Yes but it is best to get approval before ordering for lengths shorter than 14” if selecting a style with a custom printed name. I will need to know the exact neck measurement, how many letters are in the name, and if you prefer a buckle or martingale style.
Can some of the info for my pet tag be added on the back?
I only offer designs on the front of the tag unless otherwise stated in the listing.
What is my order status/when will it ship?
As soon as your order is placed I get to work creating it just for you. Sometimes this process can take up to three weeks but we think it’s worth the wait! Your confirmation email will have more information about when to expect your package and you will receive a tracking number as soon as it flies the coop.
I need my order sooner, can you send it out in less time?
Out of respect for customers that have already been waiting I do not bump orders up; I create everything in the order it is received. Many packages do ship well before the expected date but I always quote up to three weeks so I can make sure everything is perfect before it heads out.
